‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®
This therapy is relatively new and I am so glad I discovered it.
It does not use hypnosis, nor does it employ any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific - it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life.
Since qualifying at Level 1 at the end of last year I have been consolidating this new skill and working with volunteers covering a variety of situations such as needle phobia to anxiety and stress from different triggers. This therapy gets great results from the very start and often requires just 1 to 2 sessions (this can vary depending on the individual).
I am so impressed by it I have already signed up for Level 2 training which commences this month (March 2021).

Level 1 provides the skills for outstanding work with a huge number of issues, including all forms of anxiety, all phobias and fears, OCD, PTSD, success inhibition, fear of failure, quit smoking, performance anxiety and more. often in only 1 or 2 sessions.
Level 2 confers the ability to work effectively with complex core identity problems such as alcohol or narcotic dependence, gambling, porn addiction, compound PTSD, sexual addiction/obsession, fetish and other deep-rooted issues.
What is BWRT® ?
It is a model of psychology and psychotherapy and like many other modern therapies, it allows a ‘core of privacy’ so that you do not have to divulge anything you would rather not talk about – in fact, the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is a completely new and different therapy based on the latest discoveries about the way the brain works and how it affects our moods, behaviour and emotions. Who created BWRT® ?
It was created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI and I am pleased to say I received my training directly from Terence Watts.
What happens in a session?
During the session of BWRT®, I will ask you a few questions about you and what has brought you to see make contact. I will not ask you to reveal any secrets or intimate details of your life that you do not wish to divulge. I will need to know something of your background to ensure BWRT is the right therapy for you and will advise accordingly.
It is essentially a private therapy in which you only have to be able to tell me how you feel and how you would like to feel instead. For instance, you might say something like: "I get really nervous about meeting new people" and all I need to know is if you can think how you would like to feel instead. If you can, we will get straight to work; if you can't, we can work on it together. Remember you will never have to reveal any details you really don't want to.
