JEEP - Just Enough Exercise Plan
July is going to be about strengthening and stretching your legs. The programme is suitable for beginners to exercise, those who do not enjoy working out or do not have much time to devote to exercise.
The exercises can fit in to any normal day, no need to change into workout kit. You will be surprised at how little time this take yet you will be doing just enough to make a difference to your body.
Before you proceed please note the following: You should only proceed with these exercises if you are injury free, also if you are on medications for any issues surrounding blood pressure, heart conditions or any illnesses which can be affected by exercise please consult with your medical expert before taking part.
If you proceed with any of the JEEP exercises you should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise plan, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Jane Turner from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of negligence.

The idea is every time you pour yourself a drink throughout the day (or any task you wish to pick) perform the following exercise:. I have shown the minimum number of exercises for you to do, you can do more if you wish:-
Note: remember to stretch your legs at the end of each day.

It takes 6 to 8 weeks for you to notice the difference, so make these exercises a new habit in your daily routine.
