JEEP, is my new Just Enough Exercise Plan to suit those of you who find it hard to find the time to workout or find exercise a chore.
These minimal time and effort workouts are designed as easy to do, anytime, anywhere and with little or no equipment. No need to travel to a gym and do a grueling workout.
The simple and functional exercises will tone and strengthen your body. Keeping your muscles and bones healthier. Get other household members involved too, have fun with it and motivate each other.
JEEP begins in July and videos of the exercises will be on my YouTube Chanel.
You only have one body to last you and the Just Enough Exercise Plan will help you take care of it easily.
