NO WEIGHTS NO PROBLEM

If you do not have any weights/dumbbells to use for workouts it doesn't mean you cannot join in. There really are no excuses. Take a look around your house and see what you can find.

Containers - milk cartons, laundry detergent, plastic drink bottles. You can fill them with water, gravel or sand. Shop


ping bags or backpack filled with bags of sugar, flour or books, tins of food.



A large bag of of potatoes or bag of compost hanging around. Just a few ideas. Whatever you find just make sure it is safe , make sure all handles are strong enough and objects are well sealed.


Vary how much you fill the items with so you have different weights for different exercises.
