RASPBERRY & COCONUT CHOC BARS


This is how to make approximately 10 pieces (or make more bite size pieces!). Recipe items show in blue.


Step 1


Mix and blitz together the following:


50 grams rolled oats

48 grams sunflower seeds


Step 2




Then add the following ingredients, mix and blitz together:


140 grams frozen raspberries


50 grams desiccated coconut

1 tablespoon of honey

½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Step 3


Line a suitable baking tray with baking paper and press the mixture down firmly. Place in the freezer until the mixture is hard.


Step 4


Once suitably frozen cut the mixture into the desired number of pieces. Then place back in the freezer while you melt 100 grams of dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher recommended).


Step 5


Now the fun messy bit, dip the frozen pieces in the chocolate and lay them on a suitable baking tray and return to the freezer and store until you are ready to eat one. Enjoy!
